Built for the Wild
The 701 Enduro has always walked the fine line between rugged off-road machine and road-going traveller. In 2026, that balance tips further into versatility thanks to a suite of rider-focused electronics. The new 4.2” TFT dash is more than a pretty interface, it’ s the nerve centre of the bike. From the handlebars, riders can select ride modes, toggle ABS, and fine-tune traction control on the fly.
But the real headline feature is Dynamic Slip Adjust, available with the optional Rally Mode. This clever system automatically modulates rear wheel slip to match conditions, allowing riders to carry momentum through mud, gravel, or steep climbs without losing drive. Importantly, it’ s not about reducing spin, it’ s about giving just the right amount when the trail demands it.
Imagine cresting a loose, rocky incline: where older traction systems might cut power, the 701 Enduro digs in, letting the rear wheel claw forward until grip returns. Once traction is re-established, the system dials power delivery back to the rider’ s chosen setting, seamlessly blending technology with instinct.
Chassis and Suspension
The Enduro’ s steel trellis frame, aluminium swingarm, and WP suspension carry over but benefit from updated settings, further honing the balance between agility and stability. ABS can be fully disengaged at the touch of a dedicated button, a nod to riders who prefer total control on loose terrain. New bodywork, finished in understated Swedish white and blue, gives the machine a sharper, modern stance while retaining Husqvarna’ s minimalist DNA.
Supermoto Sibling Sharing the spotlight is the 701 Supermoto, now equally updated with the same engine and dashboard technology. Its own set of upgrades— Supermoto + ABS and Sport ABS— will thrill riders who prefer tarmac slides to mountain passes, allowing rear-wheel drifts into corners with front-wheel stability intact. While the Supermoto is unmistakably designed for the asphalt artist, its technical leap is cut from the same cloth as the Enduro.
The Complete Package Both machines now integrate with the Ride HQV app, offering riders music control, call management, and turn-by-turn navigation. Practical touches include a USB-C charging port and a new LED headlight for improved visibility. For those wanting to push further, Husqvarna’ s Technical Accessories and Functional Apparel lines round out the package with luggage solutions, protective gear, and rally-inspired upgrades.
Adventure Without Compromise
The Husqvarna 701 Enduro has always embodied the spirit of going further, whether across continents or down unmarked trails. With its stronger engine, longer service life, and intelligent electronics, the 2026 model raises the bar once again.
Production begins in September 2025, with availability varying by region. For those who believe adventure starts where the asphalt ends, the new 701 Enduro promises to be more than just a motorcycle, it’ s an invitation to ride without limits.
