Tough , reliable , and true to their ENDURO R moniker , the KTM 125 ENDURO R and KTM 390 ENDURO R thrive in the dirt but are just as home in the urban jungle as they are on the mountain trails .
The 2025 KTM 390 ENDURO R and KTM 125 ENDURO R enter a new segment of the market . With long travel suspension , 21 / 18-inch spoke wheels , a new minimal TFT dashboard , and even the option of turning ABS completely off , they provide real-world , dual-sport ability while setting the benchmark in the segment .
The KTM 390 ENDURO R and KTM 125 ENDURO R boast a slim and compact profile , thanks to a compact 9 L metal fuel tank and small , off-road-focused fairings . These not only reduce overall width , but they also provide some protection to the tank while optimising rider ergonomics when standing on the pegs .
The 2025 KTM 125 ENDURO R and KTM 390 ENDURO R models feature a completely new , off-road-inspired styling , with a clear and definitive KTM design set in resilient in-mold graphics .
A new 2-piece steel trellis frame design is based on the Gen 3 platform shared with the DUKE models but features a different steering head angle , triple clamps with 25 mm handlebar risers , subframe mounts , and rigidity profile , specifically engineered for off-road use , with improved handling , control and stability .
The new frame is also designed for greater clearance for the radiator package and a bigger 21 ” wheel , with the footpeg location being optimised for riders when hitting those offroad sections .
The new subframe sports a sleek , off-road-inspired bolt-on steel trellis design . This unique design contributes to a strong and sturdy build , and the subframe was specifically crafted to offer a one-piece seat while having a long-stroke suspension , as well as being stylish , functional , and thoughtfully designed for purpose .
The new off-road-ready , gravity die-cast swingarm has been specifically developed for the KTM 125 ENDURO and KTM 390 ENDURO R models .
The KTM 390 ENDURO R features a 43 mm open cartridge fork with easy compression and rebound adjustability in 30-click steps . In contrast , the KTM 125 ENDURO R features the same in a non-adjustable setup .
On the rear , both models feature an off-center WP APEX shock absorber with 230 mm of travel , with the KTM 390 ENDURO R boasting adjustable rebound properties with 20 clicks . The preload is adjustable with a tool .
The KTM 125 ENDURO R ' s rear shock is not adjustable for rebound , but preload can be adjusted with a tool .
