“ We need to work on consumer awareness and these sorts of outdated perceptions ,” he explained . “ Still , you have these people debating charging and everything , we need to change the story so that electric vehicles become believable .
“ I do see that there is a sentiment change ,” he went on . “ I am optimistic , especially for the markets where the motorcycle is not a tool for hobby but rather a necessity like here in Asia where it is a utility .”
Romain ’ s goal is to see people have an open mind towards electric vehicles , especially motorcycles , and given the developments of the last ten years he is confident that continued advancements will see bikes that are truly capable of adventures into the unknown .
