You ’ ll find Himalayan ’ s in the deepest jungles of south-east Asia , of course the rust is there , but generally hidden by a hand brushed dollop of similar coloured paint . The Royal Enfield Himalayan will even be found in the vast open spaces of the Mongolia steppe , probably being welded by some fellow who just appeared from nowhere . Priced cheap , made even cheaper , the Royal Enfield Himalayan is a bike with its issues , then again so do bikes with price tags four times greater . If you ’ re after a bike that is priced to a budget , made to be , and generally is , treated poorly , a bike that keeps on going regardless of what is thrown at it , and doesn ’ t care if it looks beaten up and bruised , the Himalayan is for you . It ’ s a bike that brings immense joy all over the world .
Not as capable as others yet goes to places that others won ’ t , royal in name only , yet is a king of adventure . The Royal Enfield Himalayan is a bike that should be considered for your next adventure , we certainly do .
