Once through Porta Marina , Mondaino , and its splendid semicircular square were just a stone ' s throw away , just a few kilometres from us , the charming village of Montegridolfo . It is along the SP80 that after the beautiful Tavoleto dominated by its medieval castle we reached Auditore and then , heading towards Montealtavelio , cross an area of great beauty .
In front of us , past Mercatino Conca , the profile of San Marino with its three castles sitting above has seen the growth of true champions such as Manuel Poggiali ( twice 250 class World champion ) and Alex De Angelis .
From the top of Mount Titano
the view now runs freely over the Marecchia valley to the sea before returning to the road which , running along the ridge , took us to the foot of Colle di Covignano and then back to Rimini . A ride that is the best a motorcyclist could wish for to conclude a splendid adventure following the passion of a motor racing enthusiast and enjoying the freedom that only a motorbike can offer . ES
