Back in Mto wa Mbu , after circling Lake Manyara , we were now at the end of the adventure , just over one hundred kilometres separated us from Arusha , its airport , and the end of an extraordinary journey . Unless ... unless instead of home , the next stop would be Zanzibar , the island of spices and a sea so clear , so blue that ... oh , that is for another time …
