The Helinox Table One comes in at less than 700 grams , and yet is extremely stable with most reasonable loads placed upon it . Our tests saw it easily cope with 40 kilograms , remaining stable , with breaking or even

The textile construction of the top is the weakness and strength of the Helinox Table One . Let down by the lack of heat resilience , this table can ’ t be used for cooking however , it ’ s a minor inconvenience when considering the benefits . Weight is reduced dramatically , as well as space consumption , and the flexibility of the top actually adds a level of weight capacity to the table by allowing movement and displacement of load . Try placing a heavy load on any corner of the table and see what happens , we did and found that one corner was easily capable of withstanding over 12 kilograms and yet the fabric table with steadily hold any fluid container … your beer won ’ t spill .
The aluminium legs , braces , and plastic connectors , all mean a lot of moving parts , this works providing more flex to cope with loads and uneven ground . The design and construction work for a well proven , sturdy table that is compact and light enough to be carried by any bike or in a backpack .
Like most Helinox products the durability is exceptional , we ’ ve seen little to no wear despite what we could only consider to be a level of abuse that most users wouldn ’ t undertake .
Constructing the Helinox Table One is a little tricky the first time , but once completed it ’ s extremely easy , as is the packing away into the included bag .
