hour as we let our bodies warm . The weather continued to be inhospitable until we reached the Khunjarab Top which took us another hour and a half . The moment we made it to the top we had forgotten all the roughness of the journey . We took a metaphorical million pictures and indulged in chit chat sessions with local and Chinese tourists who were quite impressed when they saw such old and docile machines making it to the top .
The return journey to Sost took us almost four hours . It was a day well spent ; we had achieved what we had set off for . The old and the docile had made it and completed an incredible journey . KB
