• Start by cutting the bottom out of two cans , about 30 millimetres from the base of each . Experimenting with different lengths will have different results . The easiest way to do this without dulling your knife is to score the can with the tip of the blade then push inwards , the thin can will separate with ease .
• Place six evenly spaced holes in the base of one of the cans , the bend where the side and bottom connect . If your multi-tool has a pick this is perfect , otherwise a sharpened stick or piece of wire can be used . Holes around 1.5mm work best .
• Add three holes in the base ( now the top ) of the can you ’ ve just added the six holes to . These need to be spaced so that your coin will cover them .
• Add 12 more holes on the side of the can around 6mm from the lip .
• With your multi-tools pliers bend the can in at each of the 12 holes . You can use your thumb nails held together and bend inwards for a similar effect .
• Insert the two halves together so that the rim of the base sits just above the six holes .
• Add fuel through the three holes in the top , around 30ml will do , cover the holes with the coin . Add a little fuel around the rim ( six holes ) and light , once the fuel has been primed the six holes will ignite .
• It ’ s time to start cooking .
