October 24 and 25 has been set aside as the weekend for the Australian Ural Adventure Ride .
With the everchanging restrictions around COVID-19 and the need to prioritise the safety of riders , staff , families and communities , Ural Australia says there ’ s always a possibility the event won ' t be able to proceed , even at short notice , despite plans being well under way .
This year sees a new Adventure Ride planner who ’ s been busy studying maps , riding courses and planning the route .
Starting Saturday 24th riding from Uralla , New South Wales , the ride will travel east along gravel and sealed roads , including interesting back roads , beautiful scenery and spectacular views , around 220km for the day .
After breakfast Sunday , it ' ll be a return run to Uralla later Sunday afternoon via a slightly different route , following more interesting roads , lookouts and scenery , again around 220kms for the day .
Every year the Ural Adventure Ride attracts new Ural owners and many repeat participants . Ural Australia says there ' s an ever increasing number of female riders .
The Ural Adventure Ride aims to bring Ural enthusiasts together to share an interesting experience , further their riding skills and enjoy the legendary Ural camaraderie .
