Employment is perhaps a problem
in Malawi as we noticed many young
people and children wandering along
the roadside, if it isn’t already then
maybe it will in the near future.
We spent a little time riding
around Karonga as we hadn’t booked
any accommodation, so needed the
time to find somewhere to stay; one
of the things motorcyclists hate to do.
Tomorrow we cross into Tanzania
and are looking forward to it … it’s

Shane and wife, Marina, have travelled
extensively, by motorcycle, through southern
Africa as well as their home in Australia.
Together they have had wonderful experiences
and continue to tell of their travels.
