miracle bike and a shrine was built
on the site known now as Bullet Baba
Temple.
Everyday, countless local villagers
and passers by, stop to pay respects to
the bike and to gain protection from
accidents. It is a touching site, full of
colour, flowers, offerings, an around
the clock live fire, soothsayers and
hawkers selling amulets and blessed
red threads to hang from your bike
or car. The original tree is still there,
now fully decked with offerings.
