Adorned with numerous trinkets and icons of America’s old west, this Calamity Jane is definitely highly custom- ised and could only be described as a show stopper … as we prepared to document the bike through images a local café owner left a note on the bike to gain Chris’ at- tention, he couldn’t believe such a bike existed, perhaps shocked that Chris is the rider. “I loved the story of the Indian Motorcycle,” explained Chris, there’s a clear passion in what she says, the look of the bikes is something that struck an accord. “I feel I had outgrown Harley Davidson,” she contin- ues. “There is something classy and individual about Indian motorbikes.” Individual! There’s no doubt that this bike is one of a kind and perhaps reflects the personality of the rider more than most bikes do. “Oh my god!
