Following the SS26, we reached Ivrea, famous for the Olivetti trademark, and that since 2018 is con- sidered by UNESCO as the “the ideal industrial city of 20th century”. The SP263 to Palazzo Canavese introduced us to the landscapes of the Piedmont plain. Provincial streets, surrounded by greenery and small housing units that, one after anoth- er, we crossed while around us the countryside was full of expectations for the next harvest. The vineyards created articulated waves, curves and a sea of green that descended towards the lake.
