If you're riding in the United States BDR has released
the trailer for their upcoming North East Backcountry
Discovery Route (NEBDR) documentary film.
The NEBDR is their tenth route for dual-sport and
adventure motorcycle travel, and their second BDR on
the East Coast. Free GPS tracks, travel resources, and
the waterproof Butler Motorcycle Map became available
on RideBDR.com on February 1.
The feature-length, NEBDR expedition documenta-
ry film will be shown at motorcycle dealerships and
theaters across the USA during the NEBDR Film Tour,
starting February; and will be available on DVD and
video-on-demand on March 15, 2020.

The film features eight-time AMA National Enduro
Champion Mike Lafferty of KTM, and international ADV
celebrity and BMW International GS Trophy team mem-
ber, Jocelin Snow, along with BDR board members.
Taking a first run on the NEBDR, the team tests their
endurance and skills on an epic 2,250 kilometre back-
country tour of the Northeast region up to the Canadian
border.
The route meanders through seven states and nearly a
dozen state forests on rustic dirt and gravel roads, chal-
lenging seasonal and class 4 roads, and twisty tarmac.
Crossing more state lines and covering more mileage
than any other BDR makes the NEBDR one of the most
diverse routes in the BDR
series.
Every state delivers a
unique experience unto
itself and while sections can
be done over an extend-
ed weekend, riders who
commit to the entire route
will truly feel as though
they had an adventure of a
lifetime.
