Broadcasting since 2014, Adventurer Rider Radio
has fast become the online source for everything mo-
torcycle in a podcast format, in fact it is probably the
most downloaded podcast of its type.
Starting humbly in June of 2014 ARR's first show
was the art of packing and camping with a motorcy-
cle and since then has grown to offer fascinating in-
terview, guides, tips and much, much more.
Interviewees include many well known riders and
industry heavyweights; Sam Manicom, Grant John-
son, Graham Field and Steph Jeavons have all been
featured numerous times while the tips and general
advice are second to none.
A recent episode of Adventure Rider Radio fea-
tured one of TRAVERSE's favourite riders and story
tellers, Mark Holmes from the UK. Mark rode around
the world aboard a Triumph Rocket X, at 2300cc it's a
bohemeth but it's the bike he loves and it took Mark
on a great adventure.
ARR captured Mark's story beautifully through the
shows host, Jim Martin's, engaging interviewing tech-
nique; Jim makes it feel like you're the one speaking
to the interviewee, you're there.
Both Jim and his wife, and partner in ARR, Eliza-

beth have a varied background and it's this variety
that comes through in the slickly produced radio
show, you'll listen to your first episode of Adventure
Rider Radio and instantly be hooked. Perhaps this is
because Jim and Elizabeth are travellers themselves,
even producing the show from the road.
Adventure Rider Radio, like TRAVERSE, is a small
two person opperation and this works, it has a relaxed
feel, it's intimate, it's personal.
ARR is definitely the podcast you must listen to and
with it coming out each week, around Thursday (or
Friday) depending on where you are in the world,
there's plenty to listen to. Check it out, join the con-
versation, be inspired ...
