To celebrate the On The Road
tour, BMW Motorrad organised a
BBQ to showcase the festival with
exhibits, bands and plenty of bikes.
The festival was the official start
for riders to ride Pure & Crafted
signature bikes across Europe.
After three successful years and
sold out festivals, Pure & Crafted
takes a creative break this year.
Starting in the summer of 2015,
Pure & Crafted has established
itself as the epitome of music,
motorcycles and motorcycle
culture. Past performances
have seen The Hives, Refused,
Noel Gallagher's High Flying
Birds, Mando Diao, Interpol
and Car Seat Headrest all play.
This year the festival will
take on a different
format. Pure
&
Crafted
won't press
the mute
button,
though, quite the contrary!
To find new inspiration and to look
out for the latest trends, the festival
will hit the road this summer, taking
Pure & Crafted to the next level.
Under the banner of On The
Road, Pure & Crafted will travel Eu-
rope looking for ways that the mo-
torcycle and music lifestyle is expe-
rienced daily.
For that reason, will send a
Pure & Crafted signature bike, a
BMW R nine T Pure, on a journey
across Europe for 4 months. Ten
riders will seek out the most ex-
citing routes, the smallest work-
shops, the most exceptional
builders, the best food and the
coolest gigs.
Friday, May 25, saw the first
rider, Henry Kerinnes, set out on
his way. Via the Pure & Crafted
social media channels and inter-
active website, you can follow
and cheer on the riders on
their adventures across Eu-
