With a desire to explore new avenues
in Vietnamese cooking, Hoa Tuc
Restaurant spent a year testing new
recipes and assembling Vietnamese
ingredients in a fresh new way.
At Hoa Tuc, you will find simple
Vietnamese dishes sophisticatedly
prepared and beautifully presented in
a new style. For example, at Hoa Tuc
noodles are fried and set separately.
When diners enjoy crispy fried
noodles, they drizzle the special sauce
(prepared by a secret recipe) on the
noodles.This way, the noodles are
still crispy and not too soft. Diners
are offered a multitude of delicious
dishes such as fishcake wraps with
spicy cucumber fish sauce, and green
papaya salad with crispy squid. These
dishes are made from authentic
Vietnamese ingredients and are
featured in an elegant Western style,
enchanting thousands of gourmands.
