Pasta (special sauce with shrimp,
mint leaves, fish sauce)
At Nha, you are offered 5 types of pasta and
5 sauces. You can select and combine them
in your own style to create new flavors.
The most impressive combination, in our
opinion, is the dry spaghetti and special
sauce with shrimp, mint leaves and fish
sauce. The renowned Italian pasta mixes
surprisingly well is actually well mixed with
Vietnamese spices.
Ingredients
- 80g dry spaghetti (optional)
- 20ml fresh cream
- 30ml white wine
- 5g white part ofportion of scallion (Vietnamese green
onion)
- 6g horn chili
- 2g garlic, minced
- 5ml soybean sauce
- 5ml fish sauce
- 3 shrimps (30 units/kg), peeled, head removed
Direction:s
Fryied garlic, quickly stir-fry the shrimp
with white wine. Add chili, onion, soybean
sauce and fish sauce. Add and stir-fry the
spaghetti. Put fresh cream and mint leaves
into the pan.
