My favorite island was Koh Rong Samloem - a truly tranquil paradise. There was no wifi connection, and electricity was cut off twice a day. The only things I could do was immerse myself in the turquoise water near the beach and enjoy the absolutely tranquility there. Almost all resorts are located near the beach to utilize the natural space. A recommendation for you is Moonlight Resort, one of the most luxurious resorts on Koh Rong Samloem.
