ü LUGGAGE: You need to bring your own personal items
and necessities (clothes, sunglasses, towel, sunscreen, insect
repellent, hat, water bottle, shoes, and sandals) which will be
carried by the porter team. Personal protective equipment
(helmet, gloves, caving headlight, dry bags, tents) and meals are
provided by the tour company.
ü Outfits: Choose shoes and clothes which are elastic,
quick-drying, and drain easily as you need to go through many
streams. Wear long socks, long pants, and a long sleeved shirt
to avoid leeches and plants that make you itch.
ü Note: Extra water will come in handy when dealing with
the heat
