Personal protective equipment (helmet, gloves, caving headlight, harness, dry bags, tents) and meals are provided by the tour company. ü - Outfits: Choose shoes and clothes which are elastic, quickdrying, and drain easily as you need to go through many streams. Wear long socks, long pants and a long sleeved shirt to avoid leeches and plants that make you itch. ü Note: Keep extra water handy when walking in the sun. ü Taking photos: Use a high quality camera that can shoot well in low light conditions. Tripods and specialized flashes are also useful.
