entirely with a fluid sheet of emerald
duckweed. Savor the slight tingle of

this attraction. There are multitudes
of fish such as snakehead, catfish,
anabas, and hemibagrus. With fresh
fishyou can savor specialties such as

pot with dien dien flowers, and grilled
snakehead. After traveling around
the forest, you can refresh yourself
with some cool sweet Palmyra juice
and pulp. Along the way leading to
the forest, you can find numerous
stalls selling fresh palmyra juice and
palmyra sugar. The aromatic palmyra
sugar from Chau Doc is bright yellow
with a distinctive greasy and sweet
flavor. It is also the main ingredient
used to make scrumptious palmyra
sponge cakes.

are located along the slopes and peak
of the mountain. Do not forget to stop
halfway to try the unparalleled dishes
of Sam Mountain area such as stirfried beef with giang leaf, gourami
salad with catfish, snakehead, or
