The following numbers 1-10, list off all of the 10 components of health & fitness. The ten components of health and fitness are small pieces that fall under the 'fitness' umbrella. They are what make up fitness as a whole.

Numbers 1-5 are components you train yourself to do or you are taught. Numbers 6-10 are components you practice to get better at.
