Step 3: Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium

high heat.

Step 4: Pout or scoop the batter onto the griddle using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so the batter coats the surface evenly.

Step 5: Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until bottom is light brown.

Step 6: Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side for about 2 minutes. Serve Hot.

[Optional] Now that you are done with your crepe, you can add some goodies including strawberries, blueberries, melted chocolate, whipped cream, a scoop of ice cream, etc.
