A love of travel brought Melissa to Andrew Harper in 2016 to start her career in luxury travel . She began working in operations and quickly moved into an advisor role specializing in Africa , Asia , Oceania and South America . She loves planning once-in-a-lifetime journeys for our members to destinations around the globe .

In December 2017 , I was lucky enough to spend time in South Africa . Despite having worked with hotels in this region for years and crafting numerous itineraries for our members , I cannot explain how magical it was to experience the diverse landscapes firsthand . Now , I have a deeper appreciation for what our partners on the ground do to ensure our members have a fantastic experience but also for their efforts to integrate conservation into each itinerary to ensure the resources will be there for generations to come .
