1. How did you break into travel writing?
Jeroo: Even as a toddler, I would throw tantrums to go out of town on holiday! In my
mid twenties, I took over as Managing Editor of Signature, the Diner’s Club Magazine.
Since then, it has been a world wind which continued when I became Managing Editor of
Voyage, a niche consumer travel magazine.
In 2002, Voyage folded up and new travel magazines with greater financial muscle
entered the market. That’s when I teamed up with Gustasp.
