The most ‘Pulse-pounding
Landing’ (May-June) in India is at
the Mangalore airport. Since it is
situated on top of a plateau, even a
slight under or over-shooting of the
runway means the plane falls into a
khud. I have had a couple of heartstopping landings and take-offs
from there.

I have been to Paris three times,
and wanted to explore further.
Somehow we did not have the
patience to get into what else can
be seen and it seems like too much
hassle when you are travelling with
a family of three. But your article
about Atlantic coast has convinced
me to go and explore this untapped
part of France. I have got my family
also very excited about the idea.
Please bring more stories about
such places in future issues.

Travel Secrets, your stories are
beautiful and fresh every time. I am
holding the new issue in my hands
and my daughter is already fighting
with me to read it first. We have
collected all your issues from the
first one, and when we travel we
look up tips from it. This started
after your London Correspondent
told us where to get the best fish
and chips in the city. We went
there and now it is going to be a
regular place for us. We are planned
a holiday to Hawaii soon. Please give
us secrets from there soon.

I would suggest more writing and
fewer pictures in the magazine. The
articles should also be more in depth.
Otherwise it is of international quality.

I love your magazine because
it does not have long and boring
articles. The photos are so dreamy
they inspire me to stop whatever I am
doing and take off for those places. I
can write for you about my travels to
New Zealand and Turkey. How can I
submit articles?
- Nomita Sarkar, Kolkata
