5. Caviar
Caviar is a spread made from the roe of large species of fish. Traditionally, caviar is made from the eggs of wild sturgeon found in the Black and Caspian Seas. The finest caviar in the world comes from Russia, and can cost up to $25,000 per kilogram.
4. Borscht
Borcsht is a soup made from beet and tomato. Originally considered peasant food, borscht is now wildy popular across Russia and Europe. It can be served hot or cold, and is usually garnished with a dallop of sour cream.
