Denmarks Best 5 Sights and Attractions!

2

#1. Denmarks Beaches

Speaking of long, sandy beaches...no matter what time of year you're in Denmark, you shouldn't miss out on a trip to the nearest beach (even if it's not among the best beaches in Denmark). In July and August, it's warm enough to go swimming. The coastline of Denmark with its sand dunes and greenery is a sight that always changes. Bring your camera and look out for WWII bunkers and lighthouses!

#2. Tivoli Copenhagen

You can't visit Denmark's capital and just ignore the Tivoli. Especially if you're traveling as a family, the Tivoli should be at the top of your list of attractions and sights in Denmark. There's everything from serene park areas and activities for smaller children to rides for thrill-seeking teens and adults. Open daily in the summer from 11 am, closing time is between 10 pm and midnight.

#3. The Øresund Bridge Connecting Denmark and Sweden

The Øresund Bridge is one of those can't-miss sights in Denmark, I think. The scenic 10-mile bridge connects Sweden and Denmark, carrying over 60,000 travelers by car or train daily. The toll for driving across the Oresund bridge is paid at the toll station on the Swedish side.
