As our new deputy manager , you will use your previous background in hospitality / retail management to maximise sales opportunities and to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike .
You ’ ll also be taking the reins in the general manager ’ s absence , running shifts and getting the team �red up to deliver the most outstanding service in the industry .
