Senior HR Manager up to £ 80,000 plus bonus and benefits > London

One of the most highly regarded super-luxury retailers is looking for a senior HR professional to join its established HR team in London . This global powerhouse now has over 500 stores worldwide and boasts a brand reputation that is second to none . Part of a wider group , it is a multi-million pound business and has performed well despite the uncertainty in the market over the past 18 months .
They are looking for a generalist HR professional with experience in driving a cultural change programme across the UK and Europe . The company has a number of exciting projects across the people agenda , and this person will spearhead these , working with heads of department across all functions within the business . You ’ ll be working across both retail and corporate areas and will lead a team of three , reporting directly into the head of HR .
Having gained a wealth of generalist experience , you ’ ll be an expert in partnering with senior leadership and director level stakeholders . You ’ ll understand how your decisions will impact on others and will have a flexible mindset , making you adept at delivering change . The company is doing considerable work on its diversity and inclusion agenda and this role will be about providing the business with the platform to achieve the innovative plans it has in place .

This organisation is also offering a performance related bonus of up to 10 % of salary . It operates a hybrid working model of three days in the office , two day from home and a degree of international travel across Europe .
