TRAINING OVERVIEW MARINE OPERATIONS TRAINING This training is designed to provide the background knowledge and understanding as well as the practical training to enable participants to perform various marine operations duties. TERMINAL OPERATIONS TRAINING | CINTOLOX STRATEGIC CONSULTANTS The School provides functional training to the Port Terminals to help them run efficient and effective operations. Courses include equipment training on a variety of cranes, such as ship to shore, rubber tyred gantry cranes, straddle carriers etc., liquid and dry bulk handling machinery, technical maintenance and cargo handling training. A variety of supplementary courses is offered, such as Planning, Revenue, Induction and Customer Services. PORT ENGINEERING (INRAFSTRUCTURE) | CINTOLOX STRATEGIC CONSULTANTS The Engineering Training Department started operating in 2009. Today its biggest training offering is the Outcomes Based Modular Learning (OBML) programme, a Transnet Group initiative resulting from an Artisan Agreement with organised labour.
