golden crown brilliantly presented on a palate painted by
The Texas Hill Country.
I was thrilled to present The Rim to the world. But
Dee Dee took my artistic impression of “Rim Royalty”
to a totally different level- a royal level- a family level.
She brought it right down to earth. She saw the crown as
a symbol of royal family- where everyone would have a
“royal welcome” and experience the best of the best.
Dee Dee took my impression far beyond an artistic presentation, and made it real. Dee Dee made it family-made it
fun- and made it absolutely spectacular! But where did all
this drive and dedication come from? It is rare to find a
person in the corporate world who brings heart to her job.
Not surprisingly, this powerful, young woman, comes
from a strong family background that has given her poise,
strength , dedication, and a loving heart. All of these
attributes are paramount in representing The Rim, and
anyone who meets her can easily identify her dedication
to the public and her clients. Dee Dee has been in retail
management for years. She states; “ I was managing
several facilities throughout the United States, when I was
approached by a head hunter about a retail management
position with a fortune 500 company. After meeting with
formerly Trammel Crow Company, I was offered a postilion as a retail property manager. I started my retail career
in 2001 and have been hooked ever since. I later went on
to manage the Alamo Quarry Market for three years before
I came to The Rim. I was hooked, and it was quite clear
what my path was; I found a true love for helping others.
I love doing what I do, and am grateful to have fallen into
this fabulous career. I love working with the developer, the
clients, and the shoppers. I receive a lot of e-mails and
calls from The Hill Country saying how grateful they are
that we are here! I truly want to welcome and familiarize
everybody to this amazing center. With The Marriott just
opening, we can be an Oasis for shopping and fun- without having the cost and hassle of getting on a plane –
WE can be your vacation! Come for dinner and a movie –
spend the night at The Marriott, get up in the morning
then…SHOP! Take a break and have a great lunch at
Maggiano's (you’ll think you're in Italy!) then work your
lunch off at at Lifetime Fitness. Make sure you stop in
their amazing spa for a massage and a facial then, as the
sun is setting, relax by The Marriots' pool with a great
glass of Cabernet, as you head off to The Palladium I-Max
