Those God-given qualities have led her to her new-found professional relationship with Techno giant Inteveo. Ara Celi becoming video host, is a strategy that will insure this great lady taking her rightly place in the entertainment world as a major star. She has dedicated her celebrity to inspire and encourage our youth to be the best they can be. Ara Celi possesses a true servant’s heart and gives of it freely wherever it is needed. During our interview I asked her this question: “If you knew you had one wish and one wish only- and you knew it would come true- what would it be?” She began to tear up and thought for quite some time. She replied: “Wow…that is some question…I will have to think about THAT one, Freya!” We both cried for a few moments as a realization really struck me in my heart. I got chills all over my body as I realized I was interviewing a woman of great depth, who held the application of personal integrity at the highest level possible. There is a great mystery to the heart and soul of a woman with a distinct inner drive to achieve greatness in her life. Ironically, I began to realize there were two powerful women sitting together, as the great paradox and double-standard between men and women still ruled our society- both in the home and especially in business. Powerful men are considered heroes. Powerful women are commonly referred to by a word I would not deign to print on this page. I hadn’t thought about this subject for quite some time, but my interview with Ara Celi inspired my thought process once again. Why are women not perceived as equals in business? This stereotype still exists and will only be broken by powerful women forging ahead and taking their rightly place in society. We as people must move towards a symbiotic connection that will honor both sexes and unite purpose-driven people as equals. We must lift up and inspire each other. We need to reach deep into our hearts and extract that little mustard seed of faith and love. We need to go out into the world with boldness, utilizing our gifting to heal a wounded world. Powerful and God-centered people, such as Ara Celi, are needed to effect positive change in our communities.
