Social media-driven tools are terrific, but human nature trumps all
when it comes to convincing people to hire you. It’s easy to stand in
the shadows of technology, automation and social networks, but what
are you doing to leverage your best asset...you?
In this issue, my goal is to get you started with the right mindset and
focused on fundamentals. It’s easy to abandoned the basics, which is
the foundation of every successful real estate business! Top performers
always take time to refresh even if they think they’ve heard it before.
If you are ready to step up and take your business to the next level I
suggest you read from cover to cover and then only implement one
idea. Once you’re making progress then take action with the next idea
because it’s more important to keep moving forward! If you try too
many things at once your efforts are diluted and results are difficult to
achieve.
Feel free to print the entire magazine or just the pages that stimulate
ideas. Use color markers to highlight key areas or use a notepad for
jotting down your ideas. Once you’re finished let me know what you
found the most appealing. I always appreciate feedback!
