Editor’s Note
The lifeblood of your business is clients. In this issue, I share ideas to
stimulate your creativity. Even if it’s ideas you’ve heard before, it’s about
reviewing your relationship process to insure a future of repeat sales
and referrals.
Social media continues to impact real estate and navigating the
maze is never easy. You’ll find some advance tips for your Facebook
page, strategies for LinkedIn and ideas for improving Search Engine
Marketing (SEM).
My advice is to write down ideas that inspire you and then choose one
social network and master it. You’ll keep your sanity and make better
progress : )
The other key piece to real estate marketing regards your niche. As
I work with real estate agents, I’ve found their biggest struggle with
marketing involves differentiating their service from competitors.

Defining your niche and targeting a specific audience are the first steps.
Speaking to a smaller audience in your marketing makes it easier to
connect, builds stronger rapport and establishes trust. Isn’t that what
you want from your marketing?
I hope you enjoy this issue as much as I did. Let me know if there are
specific topics you would like to see in future issues!
