Who next then?

Names in a hat time. If the next person could put together a pen sketch of themselves and what they do within the team, that would be great. How about I drop that person an email, and they can have it to me by the April 25th?

Team profile number one.

Well as I am the writer, and I am immediately available, I thought why not start with me?

My name is Grant Floyd, and as most of you know my healthcare background is within the mental health arena. Prior to working in health and making people better, I specialised in making them very ill by using artillery rounds and rifle fire!

As a Learning Facilitator within the Learning and Development team I spend the vast bulk of my time stood up in front of people as a face to face trainer. I deliver most of the mandatory subjects, and like with your children you aren't supposed to have a favourite, although if you were to really push me I would say my daughter WRAP is probably my favourite at the moment. I really enjoy the interaction and the challenging nature of the subject material.

I think I am very strong in coming up with ideas (you are reading one of them!), although to be quite honest, some of them aren't so hot, I do think the 'Induction Bus' did have some legs though. When I am not at work, I spend a bit of time cycling around Somerset, and walking Dazz the beagle in a futile attempt to wear him out!
