INJAZ UAE and Tejar Dubai Partner to Expand Entrepreneurship Education in Dubai
INJAZ UAE, a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide (JAW), partnered with Tejar Dubai, a Dubai Chamber initiative to develop students’ entrepreneurial skills and raise awareness on the importance of business education through the largest roll out of training programmes and workshops in Dubai.
The partnership is set to roll out a series of five world class entrepreneurial programmes aimed at providing over 3,000 students the necessary mentoring and training support for them to learn business skills and nurture entrepreneurial minds at the early stages of youth’s educational development and enable the deployment of future innovative ideas.
In response to Tejar Dubai’s vision brought together by INJAZ UAE, global companies such as Shell and Boeing have also come on board to play a key role this year, further developing entrepreneurial thinking for the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Mr. Essa Al Zaabi, Senior Vice-President, Institutional Support Sector, Dubai Chamber, and General Coordinator of Tejar Dubai, says: “The agreement’s objective is to promote a culture of entrepreneurship in the emirate in line with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, which emphasises that entrepreneurship is the shortest route to a bright future."
