Laura Boyd-Brown, BBA, CHRP, RPR, CPSC, C. Aed has over 28 years of management experience, a high energy level and practical know how which helps keep participants involved and motivates them to achieve success at work. She has gained invaluable insights into many aspects of human capital enhancement and continuous improvement by working with clients in Ontario, Internationally and Atlantic Canada. An advocate of continuous improvement and lifelong learning, she has demonstrated this commitment by championing this mindset throughout the firms she has managed in helping them attained ISO9001 status as well as CEU( Continuing Education Units) certification. She is an accomplished seminar leader, coach, mentor, and speaker.
Jeff Celentano has delivered training to interdisciplinary groups in a number of Ontario’ s local governments.
Jeff Celentano has a wealth of local government knowledge, as a trainer, manager, and policy developer. Jeff has 34 years of public sector experience, including organization development, land use and corporate planning, policy development and analysis, management of interdisciplinary staff teams, budgeting, community development, communications and employee training and development. Over 19 years experience in a public sector management role, including four years as Chief Administrative Officer.
Health Units: Kay Hubbard is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Service Executives.
Kay Hubbard has over 15 years experience in management consulting, organization development and training. She has worked primarily in the public sector, especially municipalities and health care. Kay has provided training and assisted with organization development including leadership and management training, strategic planning, program evaluation, change facilitation and adult learning. She has been a Director of Education, Director of Quality Assurance and Program Planner in the Healthcare setting. Additionally, she has been a part-time instructor in adult teaching, community education and training in four Colleges and Universities. Kay is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Service Executives. She holds a Bachelor’ s degree in Education( U. of Illinois) a Master of Science degree in Epidemiology( U. of Western Ontario), and has completed a doctorate in Educational Evaluation( U. of Toronto).
