evaluation and to increase the quality of the project being implemented.
I MANAGE 2.0 reached 3 main objectives;
Project Management in the youth field within the ERASMUS+ framework, hands-on experience is
using free online tools and to increase the overall quality of the project being implemented.
I MANAGE 2.0 has been implemented with the valuable use of non-formal methodology, through
using a varying spectrum of tools & methods. Learning by doing approach during the program and
the sessions has been planned carefully to tackle all the necessary elements.
Expert trainers contribution enriched the learning experience of the participants and gave them a
chance to get answers for their questions regarding the topic. The whole training enrolled the use of
NFE methods that boosted active participation, group cohesion and a safe learning environment.
The team of trainers covered a variety of topics and added more value to the activities enriching the
experience of the participants.
As said , non-formal educational techniques has been implemented by the
trainers in the project. One session as well was planned to lay the
groundwork for future Key Action-2 projects by using the contents of our
workshops which are EU citizenship workshop, youth unemployment and
new business opportunities workshop, intercultural night activities,
brainstorming on renewable sources of energy, discussion
groups.
After the project we expect young people to have creative
entrepreneurial ideas on new business areas and on how to
use renewable energy sources in business sector. And we expect more mutual understanding by
getting rid of prejudices and stereotypes against different cultures.
We hope young people get to know each other better this way so that they will shape their future all
together in such an environment.
