5) Asbestos Awareness This video is designed for employees who may contact or work near asbestos-containing material (ACM), asbestos-containing building material (ACBM), or presumed asbestos-containing material (PACM), but do not disturb it as part of their normal work activities. By the end of the session, employees will be able to identify asbestos and its various uses and forms; understand the health impacts of asbestos; recognize potential occupational exposure; identify the location of ACBM at your facility; recognize damaged, deteriorated, and delaminated ACBM; and contact the person designated to respond to asbestos-related problems. 6) Back Safety This Video training presentation will help you to understand how back injuries occur; prevent back injuries; use proper lifting, load carrying, and unloading techniques; and think intelligently about your back. Use this Video presentation to train your workers on back safety. 7) Basic First Aid for Medical Emergencies The purpose of this session is to provide you with a basic overview of first- aid techniques and priorities. It is not the same as a first-aid and CPR certification course. A certification course is much more detailed and offers you the opportunity to practice first-aid and CPR skills as well as to provide you with hours of classroom training 8) Battery Safety Large batteries used to power electric lift trucks can be hazardous to employees who handle, charge, and maintain them. Forklift operators and other employees involved in charging and maintaining batteries should be trained to recognize hazards and take proper precautions when working with batteries.
