Each loss experience is about what the person left to grieve has lost and the imbalance it has caused in that person’s life and how it has skewed his/her worldview; it has everything to do with what has been lost and one’s disengagement from living. Each loss we experience throughout our lives impacts us a bit differently in terms of the significance place on them. However, there is emotional baggage we carry with each loss we experience. Being able to let go of the emotional baggage as it occurs gives one the ability to more fully embrace the whole relationship without guilt, or remorse but instead with honor, respect and caring.
