Instructions :
1. Wash the potatoes well, put them in a
saucepan and add water. Boil them.
2. Once they are ready let them cool. Peel
the potatoes and cut them into large
pieces.
3. Cut the onions into small slices, chop
the parsley and add them to the
potatoes.
4. Put salt, oil, lemon juice and mix well.
