2 tea cups of beans
2 carrots
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
A half tea cup of oil
2 tea spoons of paprika
1 tea spoon of spearmint
2 tomatoes
How to make it ?
Soak the beans from the last night to swell.
Strain and boil. Pour out the water and boil
again, reduce to low heat. Simmer for at least
30-40 minutes. Add the sliced onions, carrots,
pepper. Add the spices and fat later. Allow it to
simmer for at least an hour, until the beans are
well cooked. When serving, sprinkle with a
little freshly chopped parsley.
