Five years on, Makers Landing is driven by a radical idea: food should be seen, not hidden. The process matters just as much as the plate – the chopping, the fermenting, the slow smoking, the problem-solving. At its heart, Makers Landing is a real, working, food business incubator. Since the launch of the Makers Landing Food Incubator Programme in 2021, this philosophy has shaped a generation of food entrepreneurs.
