Trade 'em - Market Watch - Volume 1 | Page 3

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Trade 'em Market Watch.

This publication is designed to focus on the planning and execution of trades using practical market examples - and the outcome thereof.

Each issue of this publication will focus on using only ONE of the many and varied analyses, indicators and strategies used by traders worldwide.

While every trader must find their own trading style and strategy, there is merit in not only understanding the various ways traders look at the market, but to also test them against what you do.

I have been trading derivatives since 1998, and while I have my own preferences and beliefs I have always found that considering different viewpoints adds value to the way I trade.

This publication is also done as a completely separate and standalone service even though I offer other services and products at my website http://www.easyforextrading.biz.

While the above website offers training to newcomers in this arena, this publication assumes that the reader has a basic knowledge and understanding of the trading environment.

That being said, there is the danger that this publication might not add value to the more experienced trader but keep in mind at all times that it is not intended to be an advanced trading training manual.

Be sure to read and take note of the risk warning and disclaimer below.

The magazine is also likely to focus largely on forex trading even though from time to time other markets may feature in one way or another.

It might come as a disappointment to some, but to trade with success does not necessarily require a high level of knowledge. I constantly see people trade with success using the most simple of methods, while I have seen success with those using complex systems as well.

The same can be said for those who use trading software.

The bottom line is that I personally do not believe there is a holy grail to trading which can be used by all.

I believe that each individual achieves different results using different methods.

This might be attributed to the fact that people are unique individuals who interpret things within the framework of their own paradigms.

But what, you might say, about the use of automated robots?

Well, I have not yet seen or been shown a robot that can consistently produce a win on autopilot.

And there might be reasons for that.

It is possible that an element of human intervention is required.

It is also possible that the markets have a life of their own and are unpredictable because from time to time manipulation takes place by the mega players.

These are however possibly all hypotheses.

I have learned that the markets are way bigger than I am, and that I do better to go with what the market is doing and take what it gives me.

Also even the slightest hint of arrogance, greed or fear has cost me dearly.

I trust this magazine will add value to your trading.

Updates to this magazine will be LIVE for you to read so make sure you have subscribed in order to be notified of updates.
