any article and edit it. Since Wikipedia edited many articles in early July and let the writers put a restriction on an article, thus vandalism on Wikipedia has seized.

With school work requiring more and more internet references, Wikipedia should be in used in research. As many teachers disagree with students using Wikipedia, we should stand behind facts, facts that say Wikipedia is now serious source for research in school.

SATs: They Are Not Worth It

The student nervously picks up the No. 2 pencil and wishes his knees would stop shaking. He forgets why he is here, yet a small voice in his mind tells him that an estimated five hours here is worth everything. Years of testing, years of preparation, years of illness and tears...Everything he has done to prepare for this day will all come together. The nauseated-looking teacher closes her booklet. “You may begin,” she reads. The student sighs and prepares to take the standardized tests.

Standardized testing has been one of the most controversial issues in America since their establishment in 1926, but have transformed into even more of a heated topic when the No Child Left Behind Act passed in 2002. Thousands of parents, teachers, and principals deliberate the costs and benefits of testing high school juniors and seniors in Math, Writing and Critical Reading and how the testing would affect a student’s life.
