Measurable Goal
Inspect at lease once monthly , a minimum of 50 % of private construction sites for compliance with city ordinance and state CGP requirements . Provide a minimum of one Quick Training and Review ( QTR ) at initial construction site inspection .
Encourage citizens to report negligent construction sites
Develop one construction training video for construction site operators Monitor bacteria levels monthly at 13 established locations throughout the MS4 ’ s watersheds as well as continuing permit required monitoring programs .
Continue participation in the NCTCOG ’ s regional monitoring

Metrics
A total of 250 construction sites were in progress in FY21 ; a total of 2,231 inspections were conducted during FY21 . Implementation of QTR began mid-August 2021 ; Ten ( 10 ) trainings were conducted by end of FY21 . Citizens may report negligent sites by using the City ’ s Ask Arlington Request System . In FY21 , 18 % of complaints received were directly related to construction site issues . One construction training video was created and
implemented in FY21 . Monthly bacteria monitoring occurred at 13 city sites and 4 UTA sites in FY21 . ( See Year 1 Goal above .) See MCM 8 for all other monitoring results .
