Regional Stormwater Management Program has historically conducted one purchase annually of several education and outreach related items . The goal was to combine as many orders as possible to achieve the lowest unit cost . Due to the ability of local government agencies to now order items at a “ best price ” directly from specific contracts made available to them , the Cooperative Purchase underwent a significant scaling back to just several items in FY19 . Several print items , that were previously available for purchase , have been made available to participating members by way of free graphic and print files upon their request to NCTCOG .
No cooperative purchase was coordinated for this reporting period . The items listed in the following table represent those that are available to be cooperatively purchased or print files obtained for the purpose of distributing , displaying , and / or installing .
